Help on my color gallery... Header missing

My Black and White Gallery looks like I want it to (it has my logo for the header, it does not have the slideshow option, the smugmug header is not there, it has the right color that I chose, the name of the gallery isn't in the upper left, it has my navbar on the bottom and it has the smaller SmugMug footer). When I click on that gallery, it changes to http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/4453603_o5u3e which usually means that you have "hide owner" check under the "security and privacy" settings. To fix it, go to "customize gallery" and make sure that "hide owner" is set to "no" and also check "appearence" under "look and feel" and make sure that is set to custom.
