What books do you recommend on getting started in the photography business?

Digital Wedding Photography by Glen Johnson is really good.

I'm currently slowly going through two:

Focus on Profits by Tom Zimberoff (also includes his PhotoByte software)
and
Best Business Practices for Photographers by John Harrington

Fairly dry reading, but good information.
