And a Woodpecker. Don't know what kind, but he must've been 8-10 inches tall. This is as close as I could get with a 28-135.

Thanks Jeff, yeah it's my hand. They're just that tame there that I just stuck out my hand and they would land on it. The noise of the shutter would scare them off, so I could only get one at a time.

those are really nice! the woodpecker (I think?) has some great color too. It's so true, chickadee's are not shy at all, they practically land on my head when I'm filling our feeder. Still, I've never gotten one to land on my finger - very cool.

Nice shots. Really like the ones with the chickadees. They appear to be pretty young and just like kids they haven't learn to fear things yet.
The woodpecker appears to be the Northern "Red-shafted" Flicker. Flickers are woodpeckers. They are one, if not the only, woodpecker with a brown back in North America.

Great shots, the goose in flight is wonderfull, and the chickadee's on your hand are amazing. I would have never believed it if you just said they would do it.
