OK, the long awaited moment has arrived. I finally have been asked to do confirmation portraits at Church. (They are actually going to pay me..:)). Here is the task. I will have 40 children receiving confirmation. I will be doing a group shot, then individual portraits inside the cafeteria. I will do this all one hour before church starts.
My question is how do I keep this organized. I have read some threads that state, do a code sheet with picture #1 = Little Johnny, etc. I will do a class picture, then they have 4 packages to choose from: individual w/5 wallet, or 5X7 with 5 wallet, etc.
OK, pictures are done, I am going to edit them then upload to smugmug and get the orders ordered. It seems like the more I think about this, the more concerned I am getting. How do Photographers like you guys keep up with all this and eventually get the "correct" orders back to the children.
