Autumn Sunset

Yesterday we went out to my sister in law's house after picking up mother in law from the airport. Just as we were leaving I noticed the great sunset in view. I only had a point a shoot camera, but I think I did ok.

Also I tried this one to try and accentuate the whispy clouds going "up"

These are nice. My sunsets folder propbally is my largest folder:D They are one of my favs.

Nice work! I love that purple hue in the clouds in that first one. Sunrise ones take dedication - except in winter when the sun rises late. I managed to get a couple of very nice sunrise ones around Chrisrmas this past year.
