Bell and Building

This is from a photo scavenger hunt a group of us did last weekend. 1937 bell and the building was built in 1757.

I like it. The green and rust of the bell is very nice.

The bell came along almost 200 years later, was it a gift?
I see there is a handle on the far side of the bell bracket,
does it still ring?
