I like the evening light and the shadows, but the subject doesn't grab me :D

That thing in the upper rt hand corner bothers me. The subject also doesn't grab me. Doubt there is much you can do about that. Is the lamp centered? If it is, it probably shouldn't be.

This was one of those spur of the moment shots, I was shooting my nephew playing on the floor and saw this and gave it a go, maybe next time I am at my brothers in the evening I might try a planned reshoot.

It looks like a picture of a lamp. A very nice lamp, I might add.:D
