Is it possible to upload pre-made thumbnails for images? I understand this is normally all done server-side, but it would be more efficient (for me anyway) to upload pre-cropped thumbs. If so, what would be required in terms of file naming, formatting, etc.?

(I think this is a new question ...didn't find it sifting the threads.)

All display photo sizes including thumbnails are generated from the original you
upload. So can't be done. Sorry.
