Good Evening,
This shot was taken back in 2006 at the National Harbor project in Prince Georges Co, MD. This particular Eagle was either George or Martha, one of the pair that lived on the neighboring island. Martha was later put to rest as a result of injuries received from another (jealous) Eagle that dive bombed her while she was sitting with George. Have a good evening :D
