I vote trash. Its a good heron shot and I don't think the scribble effect adds anything to it. its good for a quick smile but I think the original shot is better w/o it.

I think the effect works okay on most of the print. Where it doesn't work for me is on the "heron's beak". The rest of the shot has a non-offensive colored pencil sketch look - and somewhat works to get rid of any background. But the beak area the effect gets carried away and serves no purpose. IMHO
