What kind of bird is this?

Totally a crappy picture. I was trying to wrangle a 2 year old and a newborn at the Camden Aquarium and this little guy caught my eye in the hippo exhibit. What is he?

This guy was cute too, but he wasn't looking up for anyone!!! He was having a day at the spa!!

No idea what it is, but it sure is colourful.

I can't afford to have smug mug, but the picture came through photobucket much fuzzier and less colorful than it is photoshop on my mac
