Customize for pay?

Anyone do basic customization for a fee? I have a lot going on right now and really don't have the time to learn all of the ins and outs of css and html just for this project. I already have a site/blog. I am wanting Photo Cart to use for client/event proofing, but don't have the money right now. I have the Pro version of Smugmug, so all I really need is a basic gallery page with ordering options and links back to my site with colors and a feel to match my exisiting sites.
