smugmug pages help?

i see many pro accounts on smugmug have different pages added to them (about me, contact us, prices, galleries etc) all as separate pages and tabs that can be clicked on. how is this done?

these look great and look like they are exactlly why i want, BUT HOW DO I USE THEM? this whole html thing is so scary. you wouldnt be willing to do it for me for some cash would you? i am serious.
