My Favorite Links

I've searched, but have been unable to find a tutorial, or intructions, for how to set up a Links page. I would like to have a Journal type page, with a screen shot of the logo and the name of the link. When you click on the photo, I would like it to open a new window to that site. Can anyone help with that?

I found a tutorial that creates the links in a table, but not a journal entry page. http://allen-steve.smugmug.com/gallery/3539056

If I knew HTML better, I could probably convert it to a journal type page, but since I don't, I need help. I would also be happy if the photos would be in a single column, and the description next to it.

Bottom line, any help with a Favorite Links page would be helpful.
