BP-511A type Li-Ion battery, 1400 mAH capacity
asking: $15 ea. (have several left)
This is a brand-new aftermarket Li-Ion replacement for Canon BP-511 / BP-511A battery packs, using full Japanese Li-Ion cells. The outer case is a close match for the brownish/charcoal-gray color of Canon's BP-511 batteries.
I got a few of these batteries a couple of weeks ago, they sold out in a hurry, and was able to get a few more last weekend. At $15 each (esp. compared to $50-$60 for Canon OEM BP-511s), it's hard to go wrong picking up an extra battery or two. I've been using one in my 20D and can't tell any difference in use betweens it and the original Canon BP-511A battery.
Capacities:
1100 mAH -- Canon BP-511
1390 mAH -- Canon BP-511A
1400 mAH -- this battery
It can be used in Canon models such as: EOS 20D, 10D, D30, D60, 300D
Digital Rebel, Kiss Digital
Powershot Pro 90 IS, Pro1
Powershot G1, G2, G3, G5, G6
ZR series camcorders (supposedly charges in cradle, not in camcorder)
MV-300, MV-300i, MV-30i, MV-400i, MV-430i, MV-450i, MVXli
Optura 10, 20, PI, 100MC, 200MC
Note 1: for the camcorder models above, this battery is said to only charge in a charging cradle, not in the camcorder itself)
Note 2: Canon changed the battery in the new Digital Rebel XT/ 350D/ Kiss Digital N to a smaller, lower-capacity NB-2LH battery. So BP-511 style batteries like this do not fit those models.
Brand new in package, never opened.
No sales tax.
Free shipping (within the U.S.).
