I designed a poster for a hotel using PS. I created it 24x36, 300 dpi, and it is 7200x10800 pixels, the JPEG is 3.13 MB. This seems to be too large to be uploaded since it goes through the upload process, says it is completed, but doesn't show up in the gallery.

Any thoughts on what I should do to make this work with SM?

Thanks,
Sam

Hi, Max file size on SmugMug is 48 megapixels. So you'll need to scale the file dimensions down to be under that. Yours is 70megapixels + now.
