I thought I could use the Lowpro bag that I have for my D70, but it's too small. Anyone know of a good carrying bag for the D2H or equivilent size?

I bought the LowePro Mini Trekker AW with mine, it fits, but it is not the worlds best fit, I'll take a few shots of it to show you. The 70 - 200 will fit in it on the camera like I have it at the moment, but I am not sure if I'd keep it like this all the time.

It fits a little better if I take the tripod mount off the lens, but as you can see I am lazy at the moment.

I perfer backpack style, back packs are common in many third world countries, hence they are not as much of a theft issue as something that appears to be a camera bag.

No. Not sure where you got that idea. :dunno

I'm looking for a camera bag that you handhold.
