Normally I use "send to Smugmug" to upload my images. With my internet connection it usually takes 35 to 45 seconds per 1.5 MB file. Starting yesterday it is taking over 3 minutes per file. Below is my speedtest results. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Perhaps RR is having problems again, this happened to me a few weeks ago in Orlando.

Hi TriHokie,
We will be happy to help you figure out what is going on. Can I get you to run a couple traceroutes and send the results to us at the help desk? http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal
We've got a handy tool to help us see the connection quality between you and SmugMug. Go here:
http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/traceroute.mg
You will see the results on your screen and also receive an email with the results that you can send to us.
Try these instructions to run a traceroute on a PC:

Copy the test results and email those to us as well.
Be sure to reference this thread in your email so that we can match up that we were already working with you.

Entirely possible. The traceroutes will help us see if that is the case. If any other RR users start having problems, it would be good to know. Usually problems like you had with RoadRunner are clustered making it a little easier to pinpoint.

Hi Jen,
Would you mind running a line quality test for us? You go here:
http://www.dslreports.com/linequality
Sign up and run the test. Registration there is free. After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to our servers. Email us the link to the results when you get them.
We may have you run some other tests to see if we can pinpoint where the trouble is happening. Drop us a line at the help desk, help@smugmug.com and we'll do our best to get you fixed up.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for responding. Unfortunately from past experience this seems to be a problem on RR's end. I've been able to upload this evening. If it starts happening very often again, I will drop a note to helpdesk. Thanks. :):
