Gday, just looking for some feedback on some ideas I worked on, I'm not 'over the moon' about any of them, but some other opinions would be nice. I'm not sure if I'll be able to shoot again before the comp ends. Which one do you like? Are any possible contenders?

The first one is my favorite, but personally I would consider cropping it to more of a pano, cutting of the top half or so to about the bottom horizontal back board (using it as a framing element).

Like the cropping suggestion, and you guys might think i'm crazy for piggybacking but I think "Goodbye Emily" is a great title, to boot. Seriously! A faceless image like this needs a story. :thumb

i really like the first shot a lot, but the watch is a little distracting to me

Thanks for all the advice! It sounds like everyone is agreed.. so here is the new version - I also cloned out the watch, as I found it a bit distracting.. is it too noticeable? Any more input?

The new cropped version is fantastic! :clap There's a sliver of white on the far left, starting in the bottom corner, that should be cropped out. I didn't notice it at first in the original, but the cropped version really brings focus to that blank little area.

Very nice entry. :thumb

Sliver of white already noted that you could crop out further. Had you cloned out the watch before the original post, I wouldn't have noticed, so I suppose it's a "clean clone."

Looks great! Good job on the clone too. Personally I would crop a bit more off the top as I find the light/color in th top left corner distracting.

I like that new crop :thumb Much nicer than the one you posted originally, imo.
