The tyres don't look that worn at all.
Is this one of those ones you crank start at the front???

Nice find!!! I am curious about the sky....was it added in during PP? It seems so nice and dark. I am also not sure about the make. I would guess maybe IH, or maybe Mack.....but those are absolute guesses. The headlight appears to be fairly new!!

I am sure that the hole under the front grille would indeed accept a tool to "crank" start the engine.
