Not an egret but it cooks well. :D Andy should be by shortly with the BBQ sauce.

That's a really hideous bird, but the shot is technically terrific. Nice one.

Angelo, me thinks that maybe Benny was taking some nips and playing with too many kites (the kind with strings and keys on them) during too many storms.
