So I used to be on Smugmug, then CSS scared me away. I've learned serviceable CSS so I'm ready to have a go again. While I was learning CSS I had a change of heart. I used to write my HTML and CSS in Notepad or TextEdit.
Then I bought a new Mac with Leopard and iLife '08. So I designed my site an iWeb '08. (IMHO there's simply no reason to design a simple page outsite of a WYSIWYG and iWeb is the best "simple WYSIWYG).
My problem with iWeb's publishing is that each page has it's own resources. It's a bummer because there is no cleanness of a single CSS which to change.
Picking through the Source of what iWeb dumps, I notice the Menu (which are not very user-customizeable) seem to be JavaScript (of which I know none).
Does anyone know of a way to extract an iWeb Menu?
I'm thiking I might make a small Flash Nav bar and toss it in all my iWeb pages and my Smug gallery. iWeb will let me embed a swf fairly easily and I can manually delete iWeb's own menu bar.
Thanks. :scratch
