I think it's very nice. I think if I had a suggestion I would try to slightly darken the sky to bring your eye down into the photo more. The sky is a bit brighter than the snow, so it kind of sticks out. The snow is just right I think, any brighter and all detail would be lost. Nice image though - I like the feel of it. I am a nut for monochromes.

I think it looks great. Nice job. I like it with the slightly darker sky, it keeps the eye flowing around the image.

After darkening up the sky it really adds to the photo as a whole! I like it a lot. For reference there is a great Lightroom blog by Matt Kloskowski (www.lightroomkillertips.com). He has a lot of great tips as well as plugins and explanations of features within Lightroom (everything from simple to complicated). He has a video and blog entry on Lightroom's split toning capabilities as well as some great plugins for the develop module that employ his settings for classic split toning effects (split toning from Matt (http://www.lightroomkillertips.com/?s=split+toning)). Its definitely worth a read (and/or watch), especially if you are just getting started using split toning in Lightroom. Keep up the good work!

Since this is a chat about PP techniques in LR, I'll move this to Finishing School. :thumb
