This may be a stupid question answered many times before, but I couldn't find it in a search.

I created a new gallery on Jan 6th and set the "arrange galleries" to reverse date created through the arrange link. This put the Jan 6th gallery ahead of the Jan 4th gallery in display order. (What I want)
Then I created a new gallery on the 11th and it appeared after the 4th gallery throwing off the reverse date created order. I had to go back in and apply the quick sort again...
Is there a way to force galleries to always sort in a specific way? I may want to sort some galleries in different ways so I don't think a global setting would work, but it might.
