Hello,
Im using Slideshow PRO to create a slideshow. Slideshow PRO gets the pictures from an RSS feed from Flickr.
Please check this url:

Slideshow Pro doesnt work with Smugmug, I tryed even after the RSS feed has been fixed.
Is it possible for you to make a new type of feeds more similar to the structure of the RSS feeds in Flickr so they are compatible with all sort of stuff out there for Flickr ? Blog Widgets, SlideshowPro, etc etc.
I think this would be good for Smugmug !
Thanks

Hi Antonio,
Could you be a bit more specific of what feeds you tried? There are a lot of different feeds that you can use on SmugMug. Here's our wiki page on feeds:
http://wiki.smugmug.com/display/SmugMug/Feeds
Especially, see our example page in the user feeds section:
http://wiki.smugmug.com/display/SmugMug/Feeds+Examples
SmugMugs feeds are according to the feed standards and work without any trouble on most sites / tools. It's probably just a small issue.
For comparison, could you post the Flickr feed that you're currently using in your blog?
Alternatively, we also have our own flash slideshow available which can be easily embedded into a blog. You can find the details here:
http://wiki.smugmug.com/display/SmugMug/Flash+Slideshow
On Andy's page is an example of the slideshow. You can customize it and have the same slideshow on your blog:

I know Andy has a slideshow as many other smugmug users but this was specifically made for Smugmug, Flickr has many more users and developers this way Smugmug could take advantage of Flickr user base.

You might try adding "&MediaRSS=0" to the Smugmug RSS URL. This solved a problem for me with a wireless memory frame and I see that this parameter would make the Smugmug RSS feed look more like the Flickr feed in one respect. This is a shot in the dark on whether this is the issue or not, but it worked for me.
More specifically, Smugmug's default feed lists all the various image sizes available with multiple <media:content> tags inside of a <media:group> tag. Flickr's feed only has one <media:content> tag and no <media:group> tag. Adding &MediaRSS=0 to the feed URL suppresses all the extra ones. You may also want to specify "&Size=Large" (or XLarge) so you can control which size URL gets put in the feed.

Antonio,
It will work if you use the feed like this...
http://api.smugmug.com/hack/feed.mg?Type=gallery&Data=2103885&format=rss200
it's a security related issue, nothing to do with feed content.

You could enter your SmugMug RSS/Atom url and convert it into embeddable slideshows that update itself. The tool is provided by nachofoto.com
You can find it at
