Just make sure you know what the real translation is. I have read of guys with cool looking Chinese character tattoos, only to find out years later that the meaning was far different, (derogatory, etc) than they were told while getting the tat. :D

The wife is chinese, and a lot of my friends are too. I have already bounced that phrase (which, BTW, reads "I love you") off of my very trustworthy friends just to make sure.
