These little non-biting gnats have appeared again in the garden in the last couple of days. Sylvicola fenestralis - about 5 to 6mm body length.

Quite nice again, Brian. I kinda like the guardian of the dew drop one the most.

Hi there Brian, I thought I commented on these shots, but apparently not.

I like these little guys, they appear to be all legs don't they :D

The whole mating process with bugs seems sooooo ummmm shall we say un romantic :rofl
