Customizing Problems (NavButton/Galleries & Slideshow)

Greetings,

Despite following all of the directions here:

I still seem to be having some problems. First, my new NavButton/Galleries: Despite hours of trying, all I'm getting when I hit my nav button for "galleries" is this:

It doesn't seem to be creating the "copy" of my galleries that the tutorial claims it should be. No matter how I try, I can't seem to find, access or link to the " XXXXX . smugmug . com / galleries " thing that's supposed to be created.

Next, my slideshow: The code seems to be working, but here's the thing ... I've set up a gallery with the photos I'd like to show on the slideshow and made this a private, protected gallery, as I don't want people to see the gallery that they are coming from. It works fine as long as I'm logged in, but I see nothing when I'm logged out. Am I missing the concept here? Is there a different way to hide the slideshow gallery from view? I've tried "Share Gallery" and nothing.

Also, I'd like the slideshow to show all of the photos the same size and not keep shifting anything below it up and down, based on the size of the photos.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

You must of deleted the category "Galleries" because your .galleries page works now.:D


Just guessing, but see if adding the bold to your slideshow footer code establishes
a static slideshow box height.
