Help getting original file from smugmug

Hope you can help.

I have a couple images on the smugmug site that I've simply lost from my archive. There were 10 images total and I was able to download 8 of the 10 but 2 won't load. I've set the gallery to allow the original to download but the web site just doesn't render the image even after several minutes of waiting. My main computers are all macs so I don't have the option of album fetcher.

Any thoughts? I might just load up Windows in Virtual Machine to get album fetcher a try.

I as able to load each of those two files, try clearing your cache and closing/reopening your browser, then see if the save file icon works for you. If you still have trouble, holler to our help desk, and we'll help you further, okay?
