Workshop links

Hello

I am wanting to start offering workshops through my website, I have an active link already set up here on this page called "workshops":

My question is, currently this link just takes me into a single gallery which is presently occupied by a work shop I offered last year. Now this year I want to offer 3 or more different workshops so this arrangement of the "workshops" link taking a customer to a single gallery won't work any longer.

So....how can I have the "Workshops" link take me to a gallery or page (not sure which) that would allow me to offer several workshop descriptions that could each have their own active link? (similar to how Andy has his workshop page set up, here:

When I click on his "workshops" link it take me to a page/gallery that has all his workshops outlined...each has it's own active link.

I hope I am making myself clear here, any help would be appreciated.

It looks like Andy's page is a custom category with galleries named for each 'Workshop' and the galleries are set to display in 'journal' view.
I'm sure he is using the 4-across code from here: http://www.dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=300387&postcount=8 to style the page or something close :)
