How does one initialize a xD card for Finepix S9100?
:scratch initialize ? Do you mean format ? If so just plonk it in the camera ...go to the camera function area on the menu & look for the word ' format '

:scratch initialize ? Do you mean format ? If so just plonk it in the camera ...go to the camera function area on the menu & look for the word ' format ' Gus, thanks. I did find what I needed as "Format" in the fine print of the manual. For some reason Fugi refers to the process as "initializing".
