Down Grading

currently have a pro account but dont need the pro features and would like to downgrade at renewal (28/12).

if i down grade to the level below can i keep my customization etc.

how can i downgrade without my account being closed on the 28th december when i need to renew

You can go to the Power level and keep all your customizing.
