Pic. order in Gallery when added

Just wondering, is there a way to have the picture being uploaded placed in the 1st position of the gallery? My uploads end up as the last in the gallery. Thanks for the help

If you set the gallery to sort by 'date uploaded' and the sort direction to be 'descending', that should solve your problems. You can find those two options in your Customize Gallery settings.
