Oslo in early winter/late autumn. Quick technical question: Would a higher ISO and a therefor sharper moon (it moved enough to be unsharp) be better?

I'd be glad to provide quick technical answer if you can add some EXIF data about the shot (iso, aperture, speed), otherwise it's hard to tell...:dunno

Well, 13 sec is definitely something that would blur your moon, at least a tad. :deal
Having used 30D for a year (20D before, 40D now) I'd say that you can easily go for
ISO 800, f/5.6,
thus bringing your shutter speed to around 1sec.
Just don't forget to lock up your mirror, since you'll be right in the red zone:-) :wink
