My banner disappeared

You guys have been great. I (or rather YOU!) got everything up and running except now my banner has disappeared and the nav bars seem to be sitting over the shadow and edge of the slideshow area.
Any thoughts?

One more stupid question...how do I lower everything below the nav bars so that the frame for the slide show is not cut off at the top?

Are you referring the the big U shaped frame? That's part of the theme and
stops like that at the top.
