Here are three that I just felt like sharing. Any C&C is welcome. I feel like any one of these could be entitled, "Where the Buffalo Roam" or "Home on the Range".

Nice shots, John. :thumb
Were these all taken in Yellowstone? I am about 92% sure that the center one is the Yellowstone River just north of Yelllowstone Lake. It looks like a place I've shot several times.

It's been a long time since I have been to Yellowstone (1984), but the landscape is unmistakable and as breathtaking as ever.
Very well captured...particularly the second one.:thumb

Wonderful photos of a magnificent area of our country. I've never been there but these photos make me want to rectify that situation. Thanks for sharing.

All are Hayden Valley in Yellowstone.
The first is at the far end of Hayden Valley (furthest end from Yellowstone Lake).
The second is the Yellowstone River as you are just getting to Hayden Valley coming from Yellowstone Lake (you are right about that shot). It's taken from a car pull-out. Besides the generally nice scenery, I was excited about the lighting caused by the cloud shadows.
The third is also at the far end of Hayden Valley, but after hiking about a mile from the road.

My family did the Yellowstone trip when I was a fairly small kid. Perhaps it's time to go back. Beautiful captures here.

It's very fun to go back as a big kid and take your camera. A tremendous amount of great stuff to see. Thanks for the nice words about my photos.
