Tried to walk off the jetlag along the Thames this evening.

Is it just my imagination, or does this look a lot more fun in England than it ever does back home?

Business or pleasure?
I think I'd have cropped more of the sky in the first image???? Not sure about the cab in the bottom of #2. But yes, it looks like a lot more fun in their pub than most of the bars I've been in locally. Hope you are well and enjoying England. Drink a stout for me :):

Business or pleasure?
Tomorrow noon is a memorial for my dad. So that isn't either, really. After that, I intend to have a good time for a few days and home on Sunday.

Memorial as in "remembering him and his life"? Sounds like a good thing to me. :dunno
I have two problems with the pub shot. 1st, you are outside the pub. Get in there and have a pint. #2, I am not in the pub having a pint either. :lol3

Good is not the same as pleasure, if you know what I mean. And it's not going to exactly be an Irish wake or a New Orleans funeral, either. But still you have a good point and I'll try incorporate into my good attitude.

It didn't take too long to get in there.

Seems that I was doing a similar shot (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=7716) 1/2 way around the world.
