Uniform space between header and top

I was hoping someone could help me adjust my header on my homepage so it does'nt move when I click to other pages/galleries. I have manually inserted a space on the top, but the space seems too big, and when I take it out, my header is crammed up against the top of the page. Thanks, Chip
