Seek top-notch digital cam with webcam too

I recently lost my Logitech webcam, and was in the market for a really good digital camera anyway--- is there a good camera that doubles as a webcam? If so, who makes the best one?

The fujiFinepix 3800 is a great camera that does both of the things you ask for. The only downside is that when it is in webcam mode you have to have a lot of light or else you cant see very well. But as far as the digital pictures it works excellent I love it.
