Not sure if I have a decent idea for this challenge yet, would any of these work?

I like the first one a lot actually. I like the "dead space" in this one, it really works for me and for the shot IMO. but I would like to see a stronger contrast between the colors....I'm just not sure what to suggest. anyone?

Thanks DF this challenge just isn't what I'm used to trying capture in my photographs... Guess that's why it's called a challenge :dunno
Thanks for the input,

Ed, I'm not sure I know anything abou what the challenge is supposed to be anymore, but I wanted to say that the photograph of the windmill is absolutely stunning, I'm awestruck and I can't really say why but somthing in my gut just torked when I saw it and I've been staring at it for a good 2 minutes...
Incredible Photograph.

Go with that first shot. Simple yet striking. Could be sharper and more contrasted, but I like it! :D

Ya know, on second thought maybe a b&w conversion could be a help here!

I really like them, but am not sure the bird is minimalism. What did everyone else have to say? dawn

It is beautiful, and if I had never seen the color version I would be totally awed, but for me, the color version is still in first place. It seems a shame to strip and burn all the detail that was in the mill, it really is magical.
