Eric-
I think "Lonely" fits the challenge best. You could really go minimal by excluding the blue bowl around the edge, and just keep the red with a few milk bubbles. Just a thought. I'm struggling a bit with this challenge, too.

when I saw the lonely fruit loop I started to wonder how cool it would look if you shot it with evenly diffused light....lose the bowl so milk is full frame, and center the fruit loop. crop it in a circle (who says photos have to be square!!?). I think that might make for a very cool photograph if you're up for it!
