Found another cool tutorial, this one was written by Matt Kloskowski. You can find this tutorial over at the NAPP site, or at Matt's Extreme Photoshop (http://www.opticnurve.com/tutorial_view.aspx?control=usercontrols/tutorials/tutorial_matrix.ascx&tutorialID=50) site.

The tutorial shows how to make the "Matrix" background. The foreground text is somethig I came up with playing around with Layer Styles.
