Just Dropped In To Say Hello

Hi all,

I just found DG today after almost 2 years with my new hobby. My bad because I wish I had spotted y'all earlier.

Anyway, I figured I'd introduce myself here since (a) I couldn't find a general topic forum and (b) I was taught never to go to a new place empty handed.

In satisfaction of (b) I offer my first attempt at a photoblog. It covers our trip to Alaska in July, 2006 and some people have found it dementedly amusing (others have found just it just demented). So click on the Space Needle if you care to and read as far as you can stand. The worst that can happen is you see some great scenery of Alaska which is too beautiful for even me to screw up. This shot should be placed in Field and Street- the Journey section is more for multiple photos and some dialogue to describe the trip. In some cases there is more dialogue than photos. :deal

Thanks AAron. Perhaps I have it wrong but the story (and pix) behind the photo deal with a trip to Alaska. However I'll change to one of the other shots to aleviate the issue.
