I would like to make a contact page to where the customer can fill in the information what do i need to do to make such a page...thanks janis

Do a search on adding the form.
In google search.

I use email me form and so far is working good. Go to their site http://www.emailmeform.com/ and follow instruction. Hope it help.:thumb

here is my form I used but after it is filled out and sent...it has the WUFOO
sign up for free on that page does the emailmeform do the same thing?

I used the one from the link above, no Wufoo signup at all :)

how does emailmeform inform you the contact has been made?
Did you set it up to return to your homepage?

Yes, you can set it up to return to any page you want. Ex: A thank you page or your home page.

No it doesnt. As I said above you can set up a return page. :D And for me that is a glorious thing (because i did try wufoo and wasnt happy)

how are you notified the form has been filed?
You get an Email with the info that the costumer filled out.

OK, another question then... why does your page have the "clear search history" link on it... it is part of the form code...
Although the emailme form does not give the big image after sending like Wufoo, there is text that comes with it that says, in effect, "click here to build a php form in a few steps." If I don't edit the code they give me it is in the upper left corner of the page... for some reason the text is in black, except for the link which is in purple... if the form is submitted with errors my editing the the code is no longer in effect as the user is redirected to the emailme form site...
In the long run the emailme method is better as long as the end user fill out the form correctly...

Hi Anthony - I'm really, really sorry but I don't know. I don't use this form, I just made it as an example for this thread. I only followed the instructions on that website... I really wish I could be of more help to you, but I can't - because I don't know the answers to your questions on this. I'm really sorry :(
