Am I right in thinking that someone desaturated this photo to highlight the boy? A modern-day version of dodging and burning?

Thanks for the link. Some really good stuff.

I got to looking around on the PoYi site and found that one of my co-workers from the MU student newspaper won first place in the Magazine Division / Sports Feature category a few years back. Unfortunately, the PoYi archive doesn't have the images up any more. I'd love to get a look at them.
