Is there a way to bulk export only *.cr2 files to *.dng in Lightroom? Right now Lightroom has in the library *.cr2, *.tif, *.psd, and some jpgs.

Export? In the metadata browser you can find files by type. Then you want to export them or convert them to DNG? I'm not sure I understand what you want to do.
