Collage Software

What software do you guys recommend for collages. I want to be able to add photos and position them as well as rotate them without using Photoshop. Looking for a package for a client.

Fotofusion (http://lumapix.com/) by Lumapix. They're now marketing themselves to wedding photogs, etc. as well as digital scrapbook folks.

Yep, I've used that same software in the past. Used it to make Wedding book pages for my wife and I. Love it!

Google picasa (http://picasa.google.com/) is a pretty good digital photo editing software, download from Google that helps you organize, edit the photos and create photos into collage easily and quickly.
But If you want to better effect and make fabulous photo collage, you need more advanced and professioanl collage software.
I have used a few collage making programs and the easiest one is Photo Collage Maker (http://www.ourpix.com/photo-collage.html#173). It provide many beautiful premade templates, layouts and various of decoration elements, such as Wordart, stickers, photo frames, stamps, masks & more.
