Banner & Nav button help

I have a good start to my site thanks to several helpful posts, but still have a long way to go. I'm a newb when it comes to HTML/CSS. After searching, I am unable to find an answer for this problem. When I view any gallery except my Portfolio gallery, my banner and nav buttons are at the top of the page. The Portfolio gallery has SmugMug logo and links up top instead. How can I make this gallery page behave like the others?

There are two things that could cause this behavior, both customize gallery settings.

>>> under look & feel, make sure appearance is set to custom (not smugmug)
>>> under security & privacy, make sure that hide owner is set to no
