yeah..it snuck up on me...I was looking down at my camera & when I looked up it was almost over me.

I'd say a harrier as well. The overall body, wing and head shape make me think harrier. I haven't seen one yet in Texas this season. They must be around though.

yeah..it snuck up on me...I was looking down at my camera & when I looked up it was almost over me.
Yeah, they seem to time it just when we're distracted by the TV on the camera:cry :D

very hard to shoot at that time of day in bright light over head ,good one
