I like watching these birds and the way they feed.
Aww yes the bigma.A great way to capture them.

Over here in the UK we get wood pigeons etc... Nothing so worthy of a picture...

I like this crop better. I would love to see a tighter crop on the second one also. You got some nice detail on the first shot. Nice work on a difficult subject.

Great shots, the re-cropping really brought out the details. Swap you 1,000 mute swans for 1 woodpecker???

Good crop. I have to crop my shots all the time and will have to continue to do so until I get an 800mm (I'll probably still crop then also). Keep in mind whats the subject of the shot and what isn't needed in the shot.
